Salad Recipes: Rosso Salad

This one salad is easy to make. Mixed beets and asparagus make this salad salad special. Suitable for Christmas.

Material:
50 g Mix lettuce (various lettuce)
20 g Fresh spinach leaves
4 pieces of asparagus, blansir, cut
4 slices of beetroot
4 quail eggs
2 pieces baby carrots, blansir, split
Sauce:
100 ml olive oil
15 ml Balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Sprinkling:
50 g of Parmesan cheese, thinly shaved

How to make:
Sauce: Mix the olive oil and other ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Rinse vegetables, drain.
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl
Pour the sauce little by little into the surface of the salad.
Stir well.
Arrange on a serving plate. Parmesan cheese sprinkles are thinly pencerut.

Time: 30 minutes

Tips:
Stir the salad material with sausny if it will be served. Because if left too long will be watery.
Cut the cheese when it will be sprinkled onto the salad so as not to mnegering.
